Appointments

To schedule an appointment, simply call COOPER ALLEY, and one of our salon coordinators will gladly schedule your appointment. We suggest that clients take the time to schedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon. This helps assure they'll be able to reserve a specific date, time, and preferred designer(s). Please ask one of our service coordinators to assist you in scheduling your future appointment(s).


Confirmations & Cancellations

Every effort will be made to confirm your appointment 2 days in advance. In some circumstances, it is not always possible to contact a client directly and sometimes a message is not an option. Please contact us if we have not confirmed your appointment in advance.

In order to accommodate all of our clients to the best of our ability, we require a twenty-4 hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling standard appointments and a seventy-2 hour notice for specialized appointments.

Regretfully, we must charge clients who do not follow the procedure for missed appointments, regardless of their reason for canceling or rescheduling.

Please note that due to high demand and last minute cancellations, we require a credit card to reserve appointments. A minimum of 50% of the amount of missed appointments without a 24-hour cancellation notice will be charged to the credit card.


Returns/Exchanges

If you are not happy with any of our products, please bring it back and we will exchange it for a more suitable product. One of our trained staff members will help you find another product more specific to your needs.


Redo

Cooper Alley strives to exceed your expectations by guaranteeing your satisfaction with each service. In the event you are not completely satisfied with the results, we redo the service at no additional cost.

Note that the redo must be provided by the initial designer within 2 weeks of the initial service date.
