Holland began her career at Cooper Alley Salon in 2020 and follows 3 fundamental principles: using her creative abilities to problem solve, delivering excellent customer care, and finding unique ways to make the experience as enjoyable and as fun as possible. Holland strongly believes in personalizing every haircut and every experience not only through providing exceptional design but also through her unwavering commitment to customer care. Designing personalized shapes for each guest’s unique features is the foundation to how she approaches her craft. When a guest sits in Holland’s chair they always leave feeling genuinely cared for due to her true love of people, her attention to detail, and her commitment to her craft. Her passion for precision and creativity inspires her to design uniquely tailored styles for each guest’s personal needs. She also deeply cares about each guest and takes the extra time to truly get to know them, spreading laughter and joy throughout the salon.
